5. Order Modifications & Cancellations
You may request to modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet entered our fulfillment process.

After 2 hours, your order may enter our fulfillment process and changes may no longer be possible. We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not offer international shipping, APO/FPO addresses, or shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time.

7. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of the date of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used or personalized.
- Items returned without original packaging, tags, or labels.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or odor after delivery.
Return shipping is free of charge — a prepaid return shipping label will be provided upon authorization of your return. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
